1. Classic banana bread

- 200 g of white sugar
- 200 ml of oil
- 3 bananas
- 200 ml milk
- 400 g leavening flour

Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Prepare a pudding pan: flour and butter.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until obtaining a homogeneous and smooth mixture. You will see that it acquires a whitish color.
- Add the oil and milk and continue beating.
- Peel and tread the three bananas with the help of a fork.

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Tread the bananas with the help of a fork and put them in a bowl.
- Add the milk and mix well. Reservation.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the oil and sugar and beat until the mixture is homogeneous and grows in volume.
- Add the banana and milk mixture to the bowl in item 4.
- Sift the flour together with the chemical yeast and then add it to the smoothie. Mix well.

- 110 ml almond milk
- 56 ml of extra virgin olive oil

- 80 g walnuts
