How to defeat Sierra, Cliff and Arlo in Pokémon GO: how to beat Rocket Team leaders (February 2020)

Team Rocket Sierra leader

Sierra always uses a Beldum as the first Pokémon, his second can be Exeggutor, Lapras or Sharpedo; its third may be  Shiftry, Houndoom or Alakazam .

• Beldum: It is weak in the face of Sinister, Fire, Ghost and Earth attacks. His best rivals are Blaziken, Darkrai, Flareon or Entei.

• Lapras : The priority is to resist their quick attacks and block the charge, so their best rivals are  Lucario, Dialga, Melmetal and Regice .
• Sharpedo : He is weak before attacks type Bug, Electric, Fairy, Fight and Plant. His best rivals are Lucario, Machamp, Raikou and Zapdos.
• Shiftry : It is similar to Cacturne, so its best rivals are Togekiss, Ho-OH, Yanmega and Volcarona .
• Houndoom : He is weak against attacks like Water, Fight, Rock and Earth, so Swampert, Poliwrath, Machamp and Tyranitar are his best rivals
• Alakazam : You must attack conscientiously with Sinister type and block their loaded attacks. His best rivals are Darkrai, Hyrdreigon, Tyranitar and Metagross.

Team Rocket Cliff Leader

Cliff always uses Pinsir as the first Pokémon, his second may be Marowak, Omastar or Electivire, his third may be  Tyranitar, Swampert or Torterra .

• Pinsir: He is weak before attacks type fire, Flying and Rock, reason why his best rivals are Moltres, Blaziken, Chandelure or Volcarona .
• Marowak: Use Earth-type attacks or Fight in fast attacks, so their best rivals are Lugia, Tropius, Gyarados or Giratina (Modified Form).
• Omastar: Very weak tie attacks type Plant and weak before Electric, Struggle and Earth. Its best rivals are  Torterra, Venusaur, Abomasnow or Leafeon .
• Electivire: Earth-type attacks are very effective, so you can use Garchomp,  Giratina (Modified Form and Origin), Rhyperior and Fkygon as rivals .
• Tyranitar: Being very weak before fighting attacks, you can use Lucario. However, it is also advisable to use Swampert, Machap, Heracross or Virizion.
• Swampert: Being very weak against Plant-type attacks, you can use Leafeon, Roserade, Meganium, Venusaur or Torterra .
• Torterra: It is very weak against attacks of Ice and fire, so it would be advisable to use Pokémon like Moltres, Regice, Entei, Articuno, or Heatran.

Team Rocket Arlo leader

Arlo always use Mawile as the first Pokémon, his second may be Charizard, Blastoise or Steelix , his third would be Scizor, Dragonite or Salamence .

• Mawile: He is weak before attacks of Fire and Earth type, he uses Pokémon like Chandelure, Darmanitan, Blaziken, Volcarona or Moltres so that it does not suppose much problem.
• Charizard: It”s very weak against Roca, but it”s also weak against Electric and Water, so Pokémon like Regirock, Golem, Zapdos or Giratina (Modified Form) will be your best assets.
• Blastoise: Its weakness is the attacks of type Plant, uses Pokémon like Virizion, Hydreigon, Leafeon, Venusaur or Sceptile.
• Steelix: It can be a challenge to beat him, but keep on hand Pokémon like Water, Fight, Earth and Fire, so Pokémon like Entei, Excadrill, Heatran, Swampert or Rhyperior are your best chance.
• Scizor: It is very weak against fire-type attacks, so take out your best candlestick friends like Blaziken, Charizard, Entei, Typhlosion or Dialga .
