- 4 cloves of garlic
- 120 g chorizo

- 130 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- salt and sweet paprika (to taste)
- 1 liter of meat broth
- extra virgin olive oil (amount needed)
Elaboration
- Put the olive oil in a saucepan and heat it.
- Chop the garlic and sauté in the oil until golden.
- Chop the chorizo and bread and add them to the casserole. Stir well.
- Add the meat stock and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and cook for about 10 minutes or until the bread is melted.
- Incorporate the two eggs and beat continuously for 5 minutes until you get a cream. Serve and enjoy!
3. Garlic soup with poached egg

Elaboration
